Yes to Virtual Real Estate Office

Yes to a Virtual Real Estate Office…
Everyday is a new day! Today is no exception! My parent company Realty World Northern California and Nevada held a one day Annual Convention… Due to the economy corporate felt it made the best sense not to go overboard with the normal costs involved in putting on an event filled annual conference somewhere where annual conferences are held normally… I belong to Realty World – Blue Properties Group… the Broker and Owner of my office had the vision and accumen to start the very first and only Virtual Office within RWNCA… which I think is so very cutting edge and so very much fits into today’s technology driven everyday routines of millions of people. I am very happy to have had the presence of mind to join Michael Young’s office… I truly believe Michael is the very antithesis of what the next generation of brokers/owners will be… it just happens that he is the driving force for our office and I’m sure he will make a huge impact within the Realty World corporation. This is not an advertisement for Michael and his office but rather just a way for me to get into sharing what was on my mind today… I was very excited to meet up with my fellow compatriates who are forward thinking and had taken the plunge to become a part of a virtual office… and since we are virtual… this annual conference was an opportunity to meet up in person!… and connect face to face…

As forward thinking, self-motivated, determined and very able compassionate realtors with experience we chose this format over the traditional but what I was looking forward to was that opportunity to meet up with my fellow Blue Groupers… a chance to bond and trade stories and network… it wasnt a 100% turnout but that was to be expected… we all work in vastly different areas which allows us room to work our own areas independently. It was great to meet those that did attend and I look forward to future opps to spend time with each other… If you’d like first hand feedback on how it all works inside a virtual office please feel free to contact me… I’d be happy to share my experiences working within a virtual office.
