Helloooo & Good Morning My Beautiful Wonderful San Francisco Bay Area!!… brrrrrrrrr chill in the air…this was the perfect morning to stay under the covers and listen to the morning news… NOT… jumped up, gargled some mouthwash, layered up in comfy sweats, my ipod in hand …off for a brisk “good for me” walk at my very most favorite place to go walking… the San Leandro Marina… If you’ve never been… you’ll love it!!.. 
The best course for me is the oval concourse… walk all the way around it equals 1 mile… gentle upslopes and downslopes and straightaways with exercise apparatus strategically scattered along the way… with the awesome Bay water views all along the way… Its the best… Lots of folks love it as much as I do… its very addicting and so good for your spirit and health…
