I can fully appreciate your comment JRM... as much as I can hear the passion in your words... I am ONLY the messenger in this case... I know there is much apathy going on regarding all the bailouts that have occurred and I certainly agree that the public including myself have valid reasons to question many of the decisions made by the powers that be... and I do concur with you that there are definitely folks that wouldnt necessarily need or want the extra tax credit to purchase a home... but right or wrong... I do believe the government is working very very hard on creating ways to help those who need the help incentive... What a Concept!!... the evidence is in the pudding... there was a definite surge of home purchases directly as a result of this Tax Credit... most of the purchases were made by First Time Homebuyers who might not have made the plunge to buy without the Tax Credit... the Deadline to Close by November 30, 2009 would have denied others to proceed with a purchase... which would weaken our economy further....I believe the powers that be saw and heard the great need for this credit and that is why credit has been extended... Remember we live in the Unites States of America... a country made by the people for the people... this is the land of opportunity... There are plenty who have but there are also plenty who have not... we should be grateful and feel very fortunate that the have nots get a break... Thanks Sooooo Much for your comment JRM...
As always... would love to hear back from you... I welcome your feedback... Lets Start a Dialogue!...

This may be very appealing to certain pockets of people, however as this news has come out there are those who are sick and tired of all the government bailouts for those who dont deserve it! The concensus is people who can truly afford a home dont necessarily need up to $8,000 to buy a home.
